Welcome to farm.heart.sky Community Yoga. I’m so glad you’re here! Growing up in Marlboro, I remember running and playing in the orchards and laying on my back in the grass while gazing at the sky. As a young person, I was eager to leave and explore the world outside of Ulster County. As I began my family, I followed the pull to come home and “put down roots”. In 2023, following a profound loss, I realized the depth these roots; the support from this community carried me through that sad time. I spent long days walking and driving through our beautiful town, pulling strength and peace from the rolling hills of orchards, lush forests, and huge sky above. To this day, there is a quiet stillness that holds me in our abundant town. Since then, I have dreamed of giving back to the community that has given me so much. farm.heart.sky Community Yoga is my offering. If you have found this page, it’s my deepest wish that I may share with you the quiet stillness and rooted support that I feel so strongly here.
